General Info and Policies
|Camp is open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age and grade level and/or gender).
Partial camps can be prorated for the sessions you are able attend. This must be requested at the time of registration. No refunds or discounts are available after registration. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
|Refunds, minus a $50 administrative fee for EACH cancelled camp or clinic, will be given until 2 weeks prior to the start of camp. Within 2 weeks, refunds will only be given for medical reasons. Written verification from a physician will be required for such cases. If no request for cancellation is made prior to this 2 week period, no refund will be awarded. Also, no refund will be given after the start of camp.
|INSURANCE AND MEDICAL CARE|
|All participants must be covered by their parent’s insurance. Forms must be turned in at or before check-in. In case of emergency, all efforts will be made to contact the parent/guardian. If this individual is unable to be reached, appropriate action will be taken to ensure the child’s health.
|WHAT TO BRING - INDOOR VOLLEYBALL|
|CHECK IN / CHECK OUT|
|Camp check-in is in the hallway of the Yoshihiro Uchida Hall.
Check-out will take place at the end of camp at Yoshida Uchida Hall (YUH). A parent/guardian must sign out the camper.
|Participants will be enjoying lunch in the student cafeteria on San Jose State cafeteria. They may bring a sack lunch or money for hot food.
|5 Story parking structure located on the corner of S. 4th and E. San Salvador Streets. There are 2 entrances; one on S. 4th Street and another on E. San Salvador Street. The garage is open from 6:00 a.m. to 01:00 a.m. everyday. Permit Pay-Stations available in garage. $2/hr or $8/day

|Early Bird pricing ends for all camps on June 1st at 9pm PT / Late registration prices begin 9pm PT the day before all camps start.
